When I sat down to write a Topics Page on this subject -- I was overwhelmed by all the details available.  So, I decided to handle this one a little differently.  I'm going to refer everyone to a website to explore for information, and then would like your comments, opinions, and ideas posted here.

This story has grown beyond a simple "unexplained" incident -- tales of
government cover ups, weather balloons, witnesses being debriefed, and of course, the "alien autopsy," have combined into a huge amount of information to study.

I've been reading on the Roswell incident, and I have to say I STILL haven't formed a firm opinion as to what may or may not have happened.  If someone is trying to confuse us, they've succeeded quite well with me.  I am skeptical about the infamous "alien autopsy" film, however.  I lean towards the belief that the film we've seen, is NOT the original one, (if one exists) but instead a decoy to deflect attention away from the original. 

I also lean towards believing that SOMETHING crashed, and it was NOT a weather balloon, by any stretch of the imagination.  I think some sort of craft fell, but I waver between wanting to believe it was extraterrestrial, and the more cynical view that if it was indeed a UFO, it was one we made ourselves...
